يستخدم الكثير من المستخدمي العرب بريد Gmail لإنجاز مهامهم ،ولذا يسعدنا أن نخبرك بأننا قمنا بإضافة خاصية مهام Google باللغة العربية لكي تتمكن من تعقب مهامك و متابعة ما انجزته من داخل Gmail مباشرة.
لقد تم تفعيل خاصية مهام Google لجميع مستخدمي الواجهة العربية لـGmail و يمكن الوصول إليها من خلال القائمة اليمنى أعلى زر "إنشاء رسالة" في صفحة Gmail.
وقد قمنا أيضا بوضع المهام في نافذة مماثلة لنافذة الدردشة، بحيث يمكنك رؤيتها أثناء تصفح البريد الوارد أو قراءة البريد أو البحث. و بإمكانك أيضاً فتح قائمتك في نافذة جديدة لاستخدام مهام Google خارج Gmail.
ولنتناول مثلاً إدخال مهمة جديدة: كل ما عليك هو النقر على جزء فارغ من القائمة (أو النقر على علامة "+") وبدء الكتابة. وليست هناك أزرار يلزم النقر عليها حيث يتم الحفظ تلقائيًا. فقط اضغط على Enter وبذلك تكون لديك مهمة جديدة داخل Gmail مباشرة.
ويمكنك أيضًا تحويل رسائل البريد الإلكتروني بسهولة إلى مهام: حدد رسالة واحدة أو أكثر وانتقل إلى إجراءات أخرى > إضافة إلى المهام. (أو يمكنك تشغيل اختصارات لوحة المفاتيح واستخدام shift> + t>.)

Tasks in Gmail launched in Arabic
Many Arabic users use Gmail to get stuff done, therefore we’re pleased to announce that we've added Google Tasks in Arabic to keep track of what you need to do, right from within Gmail.
We’ve enabled Google Tasks for all Arabic Gmail users. You can get to it from the right Nav menu on your Gmail page.
We put your tasks in the same kind of window as chats, so they're visible while you're scanning your inbox, reading mail, or searching. Just pop your list out into a new window to use Tasks outside of Gmail.
Take entering a new task: just click in an empty part of your list and start typing. No buttons to click and it's saved automatically. Hit Return and you've got a new task right there.
You can also easily convert emails into tasks: select one or more messages and go to More Actions > Add to Tasks. (Or turn on keyboard shortcuts and use shift + t.)
