فقد أطلقت Google مؤخراً منتديات مساعدة لكل من Gmail، البحث في الويب، Blogger و Chrome والتي أنشئت خصيصا بهدف تحسين الدعم التقني للمستخدم العربي و توفير أفضل تجربة استخدام.
لا شك أن المنطقة العربية تمر بمرحلة تطور كبير في مجال الإنترنت، فمع زيادة عدد المستخدمين بشكل ملحوظ في الفترة الماضية أصبحت المنطقة العربية من أولويات Google.
ونحن نعرف أن هناك الكثيرين من محبي Google يحاولون دائما معرفة المزيد عنها وعن كيفية استخدام برامجها. كما نعلم أن هناك العديد من المستخدمين الذين أصبحوا بمثابة "الخبراء" لفهمهم العميق لكل تفاصيل مختلف منتجات Google.
لذلك تسعي Google الآن إلي إنشاء مجتمع تقني عربي لجمع جميع المستخدمين في مكان واحد من خلال منتديات المساعدة الجديدة. سيتمكن المستخدمون من خلال هذه المنتديات مساعدة بعضهم البعض، فيجيب المستخدم الأكثر خبرة بمنتجات Google علي الأسئلة المطروحة. كما سيقوم موظفو Google بزيارة المنتدي من آن لآخر للمتابعة والمشاركة.

Launch of Google help forums
Do you have questions about how to use Gmail or Blogger? Do you face difficulties while configuring Chrome or during your web search? You can now post your questions to Google Help forums in Arabic!
Google recently launched Arabic Help Forums for Gmail, Web Search, Blogger and Chrome, which aimed at improving the technical support for the Arabic users and providing the best user experience.
Google is focusing now on the Arab region where the Internet industry is in high growth while the number of Internet users is remarkably increasing.
We know that there are many fans of Google who are always trying to learn more about its products and how to use them. We also know that there are plenty of users who have become "experts" in Google products.
Therefore, by creating the new Help Forums, Google is seeking to build a support community by bringing together all Arab users in one place. Users will be able to help each other through these forums; the more experienced users will answer the questions raised and Google guides will visit the forums from time to time to follow-up and answer questions.
